We select and purchase properties and projects of high growth potential.
Each property or project gets divided into 1,000 units, or as we call it 'pots'.
You are able to search, choose and invest in the pot(s).
Any profit share, interest or dividend associated with the pot(s) will be paid to you.
Your pot(s) will increase in value in accordance to the capital growth of the project.
For selected projects, a mortgage fund is structured with risk management processes.
Portions of the mortgage fund can be purchased, as units within a unit trust.
Interest repayments are made periodically, either as cash or re-invested into pot(s).
Either upon redemption or event of liquidity, the principal can be paid back.
Upon extensive due diligence, we may acquire part or all of your project or land holding.
The property or project gets offered to our investors.
In the event of co-ownership, your stake may be paid out at the agreed time.
