Each property on propoty.com is divided into 1,000 equal units or shares that we call a “pot”. A pot is like unit that holds 0.1% of the value of the given property.
Each property on propoty.com is divided into 1,000 fractions, or 'pots'. Each pot has a value that corresponds to 0.1% of the given property. Initially the purchase price of a pot is based on the purchase price of the given property, its stamp duty and all related purchase costs. As the property increases in value, the value of the pot also increases accordingly.
Propoty.com sources properties from individual sellers, institutional sellers, estate agents, property developers, mortgagee sellers and more. We look for off-market opportunities to purchase great value at below-market prices, exceptional growth potential in capital gains, and/or healthy cashflow produced by the property.
As a pot holder, you receive a proportion of the profit from the cashflow generated by the property, and this can either be paid directly to you as cash, or converted to one or more pots of the same property or the property of your choice. Upon the successful sale of this property, every pot holder will benefit from the capital gain.
